During our time in Maryland, the igloo tent was the source of much amusement. Graham was always the "right size" to play in it, as were Langston and Joshua (who has some photos coming up), but my mother, father, and I all alternated between being "too big" and the "right size." Needless to say that in this photo, Grandma is the "right size."
Today, Erin and I were sitting in the living room, and when G joined us, we both started snapping fingers and clapping hands to the tune of the alphabet song. Erin pointed this out and asked if G would like to join us. He did, and after much singing, he exclaimed things like "family band," "family song,"and "we're a team!" He danced and we alternated playing his xylophone. It was a great little family moment. |
