Breakfast Torture
So the first few days of vacation I tried to hit restaurants that had great
reviews and were described as family-friendly. Here we're breakfasting
at Dottie's True Blue Cafe. The book said it had a highchair. Hmmph.
The book was mistaken. The food was great, but it was hard to enjoy with
a squirming baby on your lap. We took turns, and we attempted a few more
restaurants before settling on a lovely, empty sandwich shop that served 3
meals a day (including PB&J and grilled cheese). A big thank you to Tom
Colicchio's 'witchcraft for cleaning up after us multiple times a day.
