Walks are more like performances these days.
Finding a W.
Expressing her thoughts.
Leah arranged her friends so that everyone had a clear view of Sesame Street.
Leah loves the plastic, light-up fan that came home with Daddy.
Leah, Peter, Duck, Brown Bear, and Panda Bear went for a drive the other
day. Leah insisted on being hooked into her carseat. (Not to worry, the front
air bags of their British car have been disabled.)
Before we give Leah a clementine section, we hold it up
to the light to make sure it doesn't have seeds. Now she
thinks she can't eat citrus without first gazing at it in the air.
Rowena and Caroline came for a brief visit, and I watched the girls
for a few hours. Leah was not too sure about sharing.
Attempting high chair sabotage.
Alex's mommy, Bianca, entertains the crowd with a reading
of Goodnight Moon.
Alex and Leah decided they wanted to play in her crib.
(Insert innuendo here.)
They jumped around and then took a pretend nap.

have stolen those eggs from the REALLY BIG EASTER BUNNY."
Carnivore's Kiss, #2 (May, 2006)
Months away from the pool didn't diminish her enthusiasm for it.
Peter and Leah had a great time outside with her water table.
Leah had her first chocolate chip cookies the other day.
She liked them. Now whenever we see/hear Cookie Monster
talk about cookies, Leah chimes in with, "Cookie!"
Mike, Kerry, and Sophia came over for dinner the other night.
We had a great time before the girls declared an end to the evening.
Leah likes to collect her legos into a big pile and ride her tricycle through
the middle of it.
Playing 4 instruments and singing while getting her diaper changed.
Impressive.
Leah thinks the yard needs more water (even though it just rained).
She got out the sprinkler and dragged the hose across the yard to
hook it up.
This elephant has lived in our playroom since before Leah
was born, but she'd never noticed him. We went to the zoo
twice last week and saw live elephants. Now Leah is thrilled
that she has an elephant of her own.
Leah likes to lounge in the window seat and watch the rain.
Leah is always "cooking" these days. Here she's enjoying the finished product.
