The bouncer in our basement is the center of indoor, winter fun.
Zoe escapes the pretend nap imposed by her sister.
Leah and I headed down to the Chicago area for our second Laurie
Berkner concert. This time it was a pajama party!
We brought Rudolph from home as a prop for Laurie's song about
an animal on your head. I love that she participates fully -- singing
and dancing without a trace of self-consciousness.
Blurry Laurie and band with animals on their heads.
Zoe has started swim lessons and she loves them. She chose the
blue goggles and insists on wearing them as much as possible.
She also designed her pink and white swirl "ear jewelry" to protect
her tubed ears. (One of the other mommies commented to her
friend that the little girl was the most relaxed kid she'd ever seen
in the water. I was so proud!)
Zoe pushed the step stool through 3 rooms to help herself to
a snack.
A very messy tea party on the floor.
Daddy's home!
Enjoying a scrapbook from our friend Joann. (Zoe is reacting
to a picture of herself with a little party hat added.)
After we were all back in WI we had to open presents that had
arrived after our surprise departure for MD. So I present . . .
sitting and spinning.
