Kate has been inspired by the great new movie, Ratatouille. She made
delicious homemade macaroni and cheese for dinner last night!

swim lessons
Kate has been taking swim lessons all spring and summer and she is a
great swimmer! Abigail started her lessons this week because she is
very interested in being able to do it all by herself!

dance recital
I didn't get any good dancing shots. But Kate danced beautifully and
here are Kate and her good friend, Sofia, waiting their turn.
stamping
Abigail started Montessori school this summer. She LOVES it! This
picture shows (not super well) an incident with her favorite work, stamping.
The teachers turned around and found Abigail with ink from the
stamping work all over her. Super fun!
kindergarten promotion 2
Kate is now a 1st grader. She loved her kindergarten year and is looking
forward to a new school year.

Kate has lost 4 teeth. Her top two were the latest to go. Abigail thinks
it is really cool!

We love Nasher Sculpture Center, here in Dallas. Kate made her own
version from legos and then titled all her creations.

I love this picture of Kate reading. It reminds me of my big sister reading
